Talking Pretty: Water Challenged



I need more water in my life. That's pretty much the gist of things.  I've known this for a while now, but I'm just finally starting to get serious about it.  This desire to do better and treat my body better comes just in time for Lent (I am sure I'll need spiritual guidance to get through this). I plan to keep my water intake pretty high even after Lent because I know it will be good for my health and my hair (I'm transitioning to natural hair).  Do you need to increase your H20 intake? Well if you're not sure I found some reasons why you should.

Best Kind of Water To Drink

Now I haven't researched this fully, but I have heard many times that bottled water is not the way to go due to toxins from the plastic.  I pretty much gave up drinking bottled water unless it's all I can get my hands on.  Last year I stepped into the world of filters.  I purchased a Brita Water Filter that attaches to the water faucet.  It is one of the best purchases I've made!  It filters tap water and makes it taste so much better.  Brita also makes water bottles with filters and pitchers with filters so take your pick!
