Leap Without Looking: Spring Forward

Time has officially changed and it has left many of us a little disarrayed.  Time change sometimes calls for a little readjusting just as life often does.  When daylight's saving time hits we are given the gift of more "light."  That should make it easy for us to spring forward right?  Well, not necessarily, like I said, a lot of us are still a little thrown off.

Life is like this in many ways.  A lot of the time we ask for guidance or look for signs that we should take the next step and just move forward.  We get really bogged down in ifs, ands, and buts, and we usually miss the fact that we have already been given a little extra light.  We stay stagnant instead of springing forward because we fear leaping without looking, or knowing that the end result will be what we want it to be.

With this new time change that has taken place think about committing to leaping without looking. Which is better known as, walking by faith and not by sight.  It will always be worth it, even when the end result isn't what you thought it would be.

The Young Entrepreneurista's Dictionary (thinking of making this a regular feature what do you think?)

Entry 1:

Faith \fāth\
noun

1 a (1) : belief and trust in and loyalty to God
b (1) : firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2) : complete trust
2 : something that is believed especially with strong conviction

source: Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Will you be walking by faith this year?  Have you ever leaped without looking?

  2. I love you. This is great...JUST what I needed to see. Leap of Faith...Spring forward. I thought this very thing this morning. You hit the nail head on with, "walking by faith"
I have a scripture I discovered and it helps me look at myself and admit the Truth...

John 8:32 "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

If we admit to our fears, then we can set them free.
Deep breath...wish me luck. Thank you for the lovely words of encouragement, I replied in case you didn't look yet...See you next time! My mind swirls with so many ideas! Hugs.

  3. What a great idea! I think you should def keep the dictionary as a regular feature. : ) Thanks for this reminder to leap without looking. The closer I get to styling outfits, the more fear rears it's ugly head. It's crazy because I know I can do it. I just simply have to do it. So here's to leaping!
