Happy Monday Dolls! I hope you all had a beautiful Easter weekend and remembered the true reason for the season! It's the start of another beautiful week and I've decided to focus another post on inner beauty. Today though, I wanted to focus on our surroundings and how they can add so much beauty to our lives if we make just a few small changes.
Everyone who knows me, and you'll get to know this about me too, knows that I am an observer. I observe people, life, and pretty much anything there is to observe. My favorite thing to observe however, is successful and positive people. Many people say what you are who you surround yourself with. I think you pick up the traits of those you observe the most as well.
One thing I've noticed about successful and happy people is that they surround themselves with life. If you really think about it, it makes sense that it would be these people who seem to be enjoying life the most, or getting the most out of life. I thought it would be good to share some simple ways that you can spruce up your space while adding a little life to it at the same time! Check out some simple tips below.
Adding Life to Your Space
April Showers Bring May Flowers
A fun way to add more life to your space is by adding fresh flowers or plants. Certain plants can add oxygen (the Snake Plant) and clean air (Peace Lily), while others are thought to bring peace and prosperity (Bamboo plants) to an area.
Brighter Than The Sun
One of the easiest ways to add some life to your space is simply by opening the blinds and letting the sunshine in! Sun light has many benefits such as vitamin D and it just a natural mood lifter. Open your blinds and let the sunshine bring you instant happiness.
A quick way to spark happiness and life in your space is by finding aromas that speak to the things that make you happy. Find scented plug ins, candles, or even incense that remind you of the things that make you happy or the things that are soothing to you. Some soothing scents linked that are thought to relieve anxiety and stress include lavender and coconut.
