There's this thing I've been going through lately. For a while I would sit down with every intention to blog, but every time I sat down to do it nothing came out. I know it's not blogger burnout, because I have tons of post drafts and ideas. For the longest I couldn't figure out what it was, and then it hit me....
I only want to give my readers the best. I want every single one of you and every new reader that finds this site to leave this blog inspired. I want anyone who comes to this blog to truly have a unique and wonderful experience, one that they feel is worth sharing and returning for.
For a minute I thought I had lost myself in my world of blogging, but then I took the time to write down what I like to call "my truths." I did this simply as a way to get back in touch with myself, my life goals, and my blog goals. This immediately made me snap out of my funk. See a few of my truths below...

After I did this I felt so much better and I felt much more in tune with what my main goals in life and for this blog are. I thought this would be a good self care activity to share with you because it's such a simple way to center yourself. If you'd like to try it, check it out below.
