Is it just me or is Blue automatically associated with Ivy these days? Well in any case, this weekend I rocked pops of blue for the African Pride Ultimate Beauty Social Brunch I attended this weekend to support my blogger bestie Melissa Chanel! I had a blast at the event where we had the opportunity to chat about natural hair and products, enjoyed an amazing brunch, and were able to network with some amazing blogger's and media specialists. For the event, I really kept the main part of my outfit simple. I wore stripped Levi pants with a high low Chambray button up. By keeping the major part of my outfit simple, I was able to play with accessories and colors! I wore bows to add a little fun to my ensemble and I choose blue for my pop of color. I incorporated blue into my outfit not only with two cute bows, but with some fab Jessica Simpson wedge shoes.
***Style Tip***
To dress up a simple button up or jacket with a front pocket...add a bow! I posted on how to make cute bows so check it out and make some bows of your own.
